What would we do if we only had today
or yesterday....
If our everything was wrapped up
into the here and now
With the happenings of this one moment only
or of the one past....
What would we do........

Yet, we do have the hope of tomorrow
of a better time and place of us
of the when we shall be forever and a day
When there shall never be a time apart
When together is always......

Yes, if we were without hope in our tomorrow
and faith of even better than the now
what would we do......

Ethel

Interesting thought in this poem....looking forward is such a big part of today...and memories, I don't know what I'd do without mine.  Good to see you, Ethel!  I've missed your poetry.

Thank you Startime and Martie. Yes, I love the
good memories, too, sweet Martie. It's the bad and
hopeless ones that I don't like to remember.
But, my Honey-love is in the good ones...and we
make more precious memories every moment we are together.
We just both hold on to our hope of the time we will
never have to part again.
Hugs to you both,
Ethel

We need to bank those memories Ethel...
Cherish each moment with our loved one.
Good to read you again sweet lady.
Hugs~

(big angel hugs) Tomorrow is the reason we live today, to seek our dreams and watch the children of the Earth blossom, yay! (smiles) If we didn't have tomorrow, I don't know how differently I'd think, hehe, such beautiful wisdom fills your heart, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ethel, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
Noah Eaton
