the lovers wander

wastelands of dissembled dreams

lost eternities

The same clouds called to assembly waving goodbye perhaps?

sigh

It's strange times astrologically, and it only gets stranger as mercury goes retrograde next week. (Remind me, this time, to keep quiet, will ya?)

How about a Lammas poem?

Icebox, this is an awesome write, deeply melancholic, but ... often so true!
.... "lost eternities" ... indeed love is eternal as long as it lasts!
But then, there is a special kind of Love, that just IS.... and we can never lose it.
Love, Margherita

When pine trees whisper,
The moon lowers her white lamp~
Leans down to listen.

How very astute and wise this is -- that seems to be exactly as it is outside of my world.  Today, 'though, I have a strange sense of calm before the storm.  Serenity's comment about Mercury may have something to do with that, I 'spect.  Much enjoyed (please keep 'em coming) .......... ....jo
