Looping

my grandmother embroidered on the porch
I watched her as she strung herself to me
today I have that towel framed on the wall
I have no time or patience for the looping
but one day another granddaughter too will
know and hold this pattern to her heart

"I watched her as she strung herself to me"

This is a line which shall stay in my mind for the rest of the day...
Well done Helen.
Hugs~
