the words leave my mouth like poisen,
begging for you to take them,
drink them in
till theres none left.

but you won't touch them
you won't even listen
when i say i love you.

does it hurt you to kiss me
your hearts not into it
i won't apologize to you
i won't say i'm sorry,
and beg you to stay.

even if the thought of losing you,
torments my every dream
my every thought
i can't let myself be that vulnerable
for someone who doesn't give me the time of day..anymore..

perhaps in the loss of you, he will eventually understand...all to late, yet reap from a wealth of knowing you, if he allows...

bittersweet words from a heart which embraces the wealth of you very well.
