The seed was planted, and a bud sprouted shortly,
And our love began to take shape and flourish.
Our flower was blossoming with splendor
Until you stepped on it with your feet
And let it suffocate beneath you;
And I stood there and watched
It die underneath your weight.
All that was bright and beautiful
Is now buried below the stains of time,
And our love has ended; but my seed has not.

In my eyes, I'm not lazy.  In your eyes, I'm not worth it.

Some orchids just aren't meant to be; maybe too fragile for their habitat?

With the right nourishment and care, another orchid even more beautiful is sure to florish again!

Well done!
