I just want to thank this band... for a great night of music tonight.
(click.. they have samples on their site)
Desert Ridge Night of Blues

I

White hat - keeping beat
on the Blue(s)
of Desert Ridge

II

I watch him - testify
Religion
found in "Stormy Monday"

III

Air guitar - stair stepping
four forward
five back
He dances  - from the soul

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
His singing invades
the misters dewy ballet
Music lands upon my paper
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

old blues
gum snapping fingers
sexy shoulders, bare
except for purple/pink
glitter/shimmer/ shimmy
and she smiles - stars
dip to dance on
copper cobblestone
