Turn Around Trails

If I lose myself,
and in all possibilities,
it’s a promising probable,

but if I were to lose myself,
would you come, following crumbs?

For the light shines there,
this pathway is clear,
no matter where it leads…

                    look   how   shadows   fold    in
                          mists are cool, and calling
                               water must be close by…
                                      for I hear them falling,
                                           soft inner rain mists
                                                soul comforters

if I lose myself,
would you still hear my footsteps?

Would you come,
to find me,
to hold me,

even in the mists?

Is it worth your time,
once again?

beatiful poem...simply filled with visuals...but offer this, which I believe you already know...true love never has to ask...you just simply know they will be there, as you would do for them...you'd be there in a heartbeat...Sunshine, your a very loving caring person, a nurturer, soft mother of many.

Now, as to this poem, it is lovely and shows the vulnerable side of the human heart, the one that doubts at times, and wants to just be reassured and hear a word or two.  The pic is way appropriate, and as always, your words soft and inquisitive...truly enjoyed.

Wow, Sis, this is really wonderful. You can hear the frogs and birds as you read. You have touched more hearts than you could know.

This trembling coin I keep on tossing
Wondering if words or pix are bossing
The fine thoughts held in mental housing
Of how you make up each word's choosing.

A pleasure to read..as always.  KJ

Through rubble and trouble and dark of night
The yawn of a dawn will hasten the light

You have such a gift to pull just the right
feeling from what is seen,  and to give it
to us,  allowing us to join you in your
trek...Yes, yes I would...

Lovely, lovely call to your intended...perfectly befitting the photo, too.

Your words are as a 1000, though so few in number. The images are powerful and summoning.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.

Well, that does it.  Virginia, your comment brought forth the unusual breakdown for me.  Especially after I just wrote to a very dear friend here at passions, and told her I am on a new mission [an old mission, actually, just revived...]

I want to thank each and every Passions member who has ever stopped to read any of my writings.  Call it what you will, I've already gone through my change of life - perhaps this can be called "the change of direction" - and so many of you have, not only in the past, but most recently, said..."just do it".

At this age?  It is a tremendous undertaking.  The young never know what they stand to lose.  The elder of us - have a lot to lose - but Virginia?  Yes, there is a Santa Claus - and sometimes it is us, ourselves, in disguise.

So bear with me, my friends, if you see a bit less of me around here, while I delve back into my dream, and honor the likes of those I have read with pleasure, by giving them what they have been prodding me to do - and they know who they are...

and know what it is I am about to undertake.

Thank you ALL....
