Perfection in symetry,
But still more unfolding flaws

Beauty becomes obsession
And truth fades to unclear

Fear blinds all that matters
Because rejection hurts too.

In the End all there's to see
Is the scars of wounds unhealed

Until Ironic regrets
Become Betterly realized.

Yes, there is perfection and beauty in symmetry. However, that holds true for that which is asymmetrical as well.

Symetry is beautiful but seldom found in relationships. If we are talking relationships, then we are talking compromise.

Ah but perfection in beauty is found in the imperfect, for flaws make us whom we are. To strive for perfection of self is a noble cause, but alas, it is the journey that shall be known, as true perfection is not attainable in this life. Enjoyed the write.

Thank you for responding. allyCat, I wasn't talking about relationships, but poems are what you make of it and poeple will be affected by poems differently too!
