Have you ever been lonely
Not merely alone, but isolated in a crowd
Far more than bored, lonely enough to hurt
So desolate that you question your very existence

Stretched to horrific proportions by my intense rage
The pit that is in my soul fills with loneliness
Flooding me with lonesome despair
Is this penance for past atrocities,
Or a curse for unknown reasons

My heart is unfeeling, my soul black
Going through the motions my daily chore
Wondering if the joy will return
Wishing that it all would end, even if not

Yes Rodney I know that feeling well, but I only wish the misery to end not life or anything!!  Good work and my sympathies

I'll tell you this...... No eternal reward will forgive us now for wasting the dawn.....
