I would have always been there for you
You were my best friend
How could you think there was no hope?
Did I let you down?
If I did, I'm sorry, I promise
But that will do nothing now
You've decided to take matters into your own hands
I couldn't reach you in time
When I saw you laying lifeless in a pool of teary blood,
I wonder if I could have saved you
If I had only gotten there sooner
But now we both realize your fate
Oh please forgive me,
I'm so sorry I'm late

It seems this poem is not very well liked, I can tell by the comments you all have given on other poems that they are not among your favorites either, oh well, life sucks anyways

this poem is a great piece. it shows that people make mistakes, in life and in posting replies!!! hee hee forgiveness is the key. your friend forgives you, bunny. they see you and know how your heart cries. hang on honey. life sucks you are right. reality does too!!!!! well off i go to dreamland!!
