I remember a past dream of mine,
outside in the middle of a field
Swinging on an old wooden swing
and the chains were cold to my hands
I called out your name
and I flew with the air
up to the stars
to go find my other shoe
But it wasn't there
hidden in the empty glow
of a frigid night sky
And now it's gone never to know
just how far this story could go
All at once
it began to snow,
from the top of my head
and down to my toes
The map has been torn,
now where do I go?
Stumbling along the side of the road,
I was attacked by a shark
and pulled into the dark
The screams were only in my eyes,
the fight was all in my hands
and there is yours,
holding onto a golden doll
Turning my back to you
I ran into the funhouse,
distorted and chaotic
I somehow found the exit,
taking the plunge
and landing upon
the floor of my room

To whoever this may concern,
I'm sorry for not posting at all in weeks. I hate not even replying to anyone's poems because I know how important it is to you but I've been too busy lately. Seems like I've been losing it all including my grip on things but I'm doing my best to change that. The show must go on, right? Yes indeed it must. Thank you for your time and as always it is deeply appreciated. All my love and best wishes.

                            Yours truly,
                               Angel

hey kid no worries.
but a small peace of advise for what it's worth,
Never say your sorry. your not a sorry person are you?? NO your not, words are very powerful take care in what you say, just a small idea.
your replies are always excepted whenever you want, hell I just replied to a two month old poem to a few. haha,
I know I don't expect every body to reply, it's nice when they do, but we all know we have our lives, no pressure here kid. haha
It is nice to see you back in here you have been missed.
and I might add you did a great job with this one.

Joel.

I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel.
