"Easter Morn"

The whole world seems alive,
After the winter long.
Flowers in bloom,
Trees alight with life,
Whispering with the wind.
Spring has come,
The Earth reborn.
Yet my heart is frozen,
Will winter forever reign there?
Would the Zephyr,
Melt the ice from around my soul?
Shall I always stumble blindly forth,
In a world of Darkness?
Or will the light shine for me?

Yes you will see the light, and your heart will defrost, again, and again, and again,
I just hope you don't get freezer burn.
a sad poem. but good.
Joel.

I howl a mournful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel.
