Panic

Im feeling all awhirl
my mind is going nuts
Im nervous and Im shaky
for no reason I can find

If relief would only find me
and stay forever by my side

If my body wouldnt feel
as if its screaming inside
If I didnt have these rushes
of agony inside
that make me want to run and scream
and find a place to hide

Its all I can do
to hold the surges back
To remain sane
and not have an attack.

Bluebrdy65, God how I know this poem,

I'm a little bit different, I just want to run amuck, I'm to damn big to hide. haha
but yes I have these attacks also.
