What is wrong with me?
I have a heavy feeling
within my heart.

Where is the sun?
Nothing but a gray ball
Colourless and dim.

Why do these tears
forcefully, uncontrollably flow
down my face?

When will I feel
harmony,laughter and peace
with myself again?

Who would of thought
that someone like me
could get the blues!

You got to get up every morning with a smile on your face
and show the world all the love in your heart
Then people are gonna treat you better
You're gonna find, yes you will
That your beautiful as you feel.~~~ Carol King

We all get them hon, did writing the poem vent those feelings a little?  It usually helps somewhat.
Rent a sad tear jerking movie and have a good cry, that helps too!!
Hope you are cheery again soon

(((((hugzzzz))))) though the sunlight may fade and some days not seem as bright ...
There may be times with no moon or stars at night ...
The sun will shine brightly again in the bright blue sky
Sometimes it helps to sit down and have a real good cry
So don't worry  my friend, don't let life get you down
Put on a smile   replace that frown !!!

Who would have thought that someone like me could get the blues!
I spent my life a happy boy, then reality hit me like a ton of bricks.

KitKat~
Might sound strange ... but when I get the 'blues' ... I try to see just how many shades and hues there are in them.

I sing 'em.
I write 'em.
I place them in a kaleidoscope of blue crystal hues and find that they blend and eventually carry me back to the shades of sunshine.

Blue is so pretty .... and when diluted with a tear or two ... they flow into beautiful poetry from my soul.

The experience doesn't happen often for me .. but, I enjoy it when it does.

Enjoyed your feelings on blue.

The bluez they come and go at all stages in our lives, i'm sorry to say won't be the first or last time you will experience them   but hey look on the bright side there is always someone to share them with and someone who understands and will help the bluez to pass, don't ever think you have to go through it alone ((HUG))

Starrgazer/tracie - thanks for the hugs. They felt good.
Marge - thanks for bringing a smile to me face.
Joelthe wolf - yea reality sucks sometimes
Isis - I did. Watched "Beaches" still sniffering over that one.
And yes, I feel a little better today
Thanks everyone
