As I walked into the room I knew something was a miss she was lying there with eyes wide open she wouldn’t rise again, lips touching wet kiss. Lying upon her back with her mouth agape striving for her last breath looking on I felt like an ape. Once friends all around Seemingly picking at her bones. True natures coming out with little concern there backs are shown. Her eyes glazed over, went filmy like the dead I watch her last breath escape not a word was said. All looked to me for what will come next, I reach forward, seemingly into the cold waters of death. Lifting gently clutching her to my chest, I carry her to the room we all know best, with a silent prayer I slip her into the cool abyss, As the toilet flushes I will surly miss this FISH. HAHAHAHA.... I howl a mornful song, that echos within my chambered heart, for all to read? nay for all to feel. |
