Feeling like a stranger in my own mind anger violates my tongue with burning words; words coming from a dark place of gossip and judgment; words in a mind balancing on a razor blade between divinity and damnation. My soul feels lost amidst the black clouds that pollute my tongue. My thoughts, like the devil's little finger: just a touch of evil, a plague touch that feels like it could spread. Utter terror rushes through me with every thought of you. I think of the life I knew, a life with you and I think how it's life gone wrong. I see the love in your eyes and I know: This is Hell. Life gone wrong. Messenger of fear in sight Dark deception kills the light ~Metallica~ |
