The Journey(II)

The Soul is adrift
Broken and lost
The light has lost it's allure
For the light burns

The Lights holds no sanctuary
As the soul cringes at the thought
Deeper into the engulfing blackness,
The welcoming blackness

The soul reverts back,
in an atempt to
purge itsrlf of the eternals;
Dark,Despondent,Despairing,Optimistic

Yet, the feelings remain
Hiding in a secluded spot
the soul trembles
in the darkness; alone

Another wonderer
feels the pain.
comes, in aide Another that understands?

The other takes the cringing soul
on a journy
To refind the missing pieces
moving closer to the burning light

Despairing Eternal the first piece
Despondent Eternal the second
The two pices are placed
as half of the soul is restored

The Soul wishes not the Dark Eternal,
but the guide shows
how to become whole, one must
Embrace the Dark Eternal.

Embracing the Dark Eternal,
the soul seeks out Optimistic Eternal,
Finding the final piece nearest the light
The Soul takes it and becomes restored, once again

The wonderer geastures;
for the soul
to go back
and restore the vessel.

With all the lost pieces,
the soul heads back.
With Hope Eternal shining,
enters the light.

WoW...You poem astounds me...Mysteriously written and very dark...It has hope at the end and that's good...Its all good...*huggz* Great poem again...
