I'm sure all he hears
Is my giggles
I let out to show I'm here
But inside I'm not laughing
But holding back my tears
My faithful prince does not know
Why I ran away
On horseback that fatefull night
When the lilacs bloomed in May
I run through the forests now
To let him know I haven't fled so far
But never let him catch me
For my love for him is just too strong
This all may sound so odd and unjust
But the tale I tell is true
My darling prince
Can't have me
Nor can I have him
The disease is devouring my insides
I cannot let him know I'm to die
So I left
Before I couldn't bear
To leave his strong and handsome side
As time grows near I wonder
If he thinks of me still each day
As I do of him
My heart longing
As I slip further and further away
My white slip dress and furled scarf
Have since been torn apart
By many a thorn, a branch, and twig
As I run
Helter skelter
Insane
Without my love
How much longer till I'm white and pale
And can no longer keep my stride
I wonder...
Will my prince come finally
To rescue me, his princess
That had gone away...
But I'm so afraid he'll only find
Me lying
on beaded leaves
In the wood's great pride
Out of breath, out of life
Becoming his dead bride.

joy, youve outdone your self with this sequel, it is as perfect as the first one!!

Now for me some words come easy
But I know that they don't mean that much
Compared with the things that are said when lovers touch
You never knew what I loved in you
I don't know what you loved in me
Maybe the picture of somebody you were hoping I might be

Thanks!  I kind of like this myself!

Old time is still a-flying,
And this same flower that smiles today
To-morrow will be dying.

Oh Joy sad but wonderful.  You should try a saga or two like I have in the past.  A tale of two lovers, part 1,2 and 3.  Up for the challenge?

May the world hug you today,
With it's warmth and love.
I pray it whispers a joyful tune in your heart,
That tell you there is a friend sitting in another corner of the world,
Wishing you well and
wishing you love......

Isis, you bet I am!  I was thinking about a 3rd one because I'd hate to end it without knowing what happens to the prince and princess lovers.  I want to know the most out of anyone who reads them though!  (ha, ha)  Better get started.  Cheers to enchantment!
