All alone again
Basking in the memory of your love
Calling out your name in the dead of night
Dying for you to be near
Even after the Hell we've been through
Forget the past and move on
Good bye is a terribly final thing.

Sometimes the short pieces convey better feelings that some that go on and on. Yours is very good I feel.
I like "basking in the memory of your love".
