You will skim the pages
Your heart will drop like rain
You will feel the absence
Cryover the loss that had to be lost
The tears will trickle
Habitual tears
Everyday you'll fight the day
Smile the fake smile you've grown into
Share your thoughts only you understand
Looks like you hit your funny bone again
Beheaded
Behaved
Excruciating pain to the mind
Silence to solace
Solace of words
Words to think
Thinking to cry
Crying because you know no other way
Continue to wish
Continue to miss
Missing those who can't exist
Teaching your soul how to swallow life
And not to die in the process
It's possible
You could die one day
Just cause he said so
Master in command
Band-aids for your hurts
Blankets for your frozen heart
Shadows to console the burning eyes

We all live in this world of obsession...
but I sleep in this room of depression

this is very deep and very well expressed...and i could relate to its darkness well...good work.
take care, jm

 ...every moment of every day...
your still with me in every way.
every poem and song...
every rhyme and verse...
your still here...like a beautiful curse.
