Rape Dark blood pools at my feet; Tears fall from swollen eyes; Water, hot enough to singe skin, But not hot enough to sterilize me And wash away your touches; All join To trickle down the drain... Along with my pride, self respect And my life. Have you ever noticed That the words... "Goodbye" "I'm sorry" "I love you" Are so easy to pronounce ...Yet so hard to say ~Javan |
