           Dark Night
Oh, Dark Night where are your eyes?
I can not find your soul
Could it be you are greater than me?
Of course!
You are the Dark Night conqurere of souls
Never for anyone but one, which is never me
It is forbidden
I do
You die
See the problem?
See my curse?
Stars fall as a river of tears
And I call upon my soul keeper to put me to death
I shall overcome my fears
Never to be lost in the glance of what I thought was your love

Beautiful.  All I can say is thank you for sharing.

Without darkness there is no light
Without the light we cannot see the dark
Balance...It heals the soul

hauntingly lovely......makes one think and that to me is a wonderfully written poem.

There is an alter ego which
dwells in every soul...

Not sure I understand the theme of your poem but I like the style of your writing.
Nice work!
