I saw the words skitter past As the creature gently rose Swimming through the white noise It opened itself and became two Their mouths sucking in sounds Silenced their surroundings I watched from the silent ship Crashing against the waves The bright blues and greens That horizon showed arced Gently nudged me into sleep I dreamed of a place normal to me The sloping ice bergs woke me Shaking free from the deep garden of ice refracting lasers sliceing the light The gentle breeze with its silent bees Brushs against what was my face As i strech on my time and place Multi coloured pixie people Dance and jig on the table Entertain us with poem and song The trip is quick not so long Bright bubbles burst the sky All around we take up and fly We dive into the great abyss We travel down far into this And all the while the light From the walls penetrates The darkened entralls Now i know know i see this world was never meant for me. < !signature--> Pride of place in the human race goes to one without a trace, of subtlety style ego or grace for this position, I wish to say, i would be proud as i am greater than any other face in the crowd [This message has been edited by Walter Poe (edited 01-25-2000).] |

a trip into the abyss.. I just had to read this!! This was a wonderful piece!!!!!!!!! I know why I can relate to this so well but cant say it here.
