Lord knows I'm weak, And I still refuse to believe so-- Burying every doubt deep inside. Although not happy, still pretending to be so. I seek every moment spent in the company of nature. I cherish each memory, each soul. And though the times of solitude are slowly dwindling away, A hint of loneliness still abounds In each passing day. And while I do not expect too much of myself, I do hope for something better. And though I am not sure of what I will become, Let me be happier. |

Oh, moshpit, I think I know what you feel. I'm not always happy with things in my present life, not happy with myself for that matter. No hope left and I think that maybe things will be better in the future. I don't know how, as you said in your poem though. Good poem. I could relate! JOY |

I too can relate moshpit. I feel that my hands have become too weak to hold on anymore. For lifes test and trials have delivered one punch after another and I sometimes feel that I'm being KO'D. I love this poem because it states alot, makes you feel alot, and makes you think. Great Job! |

I three can relate Moshpit! In my opinion life is a constant journey of discovery, we do rediscover ourselves every couple of years. That is what I am doing now. A beautiful piece, with the line about love of nature and souls. I can SO relate, there is nothing more interesting than a person's soul. Thanks for this one..  Let your heart guide you. I know exactly how you feel. My life has been getting better in the last few months. I met some new people and am feeling some happiness for the first time in four years. But the moment I get byself and start thinking about things, the sadness and fear and all that other good stuff comes flooding back. I've come so far and yet have so much farther to go. You put this wonderfully moshpit! |
