This one isn't too good, but it helped me to get out feelings and it just flowed from my head to my hand and this is how it came out... Silence He pulls back, she cringes. He swings, then BAM! She tries not to cry. He yells angrily, then storms off. She cowers behind a chair... afraid to move... afraid he'll come back... There's no blood, this time. But inside, her heart aches with searing pain. Everyday it's the same. 'An accident' 'A clumsy child' 'She fell down the stairs' No one knows- no one seems to care. Inside she hurts more than words can say. The pain outside cannot compare to the misery in her heart. The guilt, the anger... The pain, the sadness... The hate, the fear... She knows them all- knows them all too well. There's no happines, no love, no joy, no peace, no comfort or hope in her life. Afraid to tell, she keeps silent. No one knows that the pain the silence causes is killing her inside. It's like a prision, and she's lost the key. Locked in this little world, all she wants is love... before it's too late... I merely say what's in my heart and you call it a style. Don't put it in a cage, don't mistreat it. You say you're hungry for knowledge... Here it is... EAT IT!! -DMX ~Lil OnE~ |

I'm right there with danni... Let your Soul sing and cry here  You have written so emotionally engulfed in this one. Abuse is a most horrendous topic to write about;and you have done that very well!
