We have within us the most incredible powers,
That of love and emotions,
With those in check,
We can achieve anything , cross any oceans.

Every lesson learned,
Each heartache or grief,
Has taught us a lesson,
Made us a better person with beliefs.

These beliefs are talismen,
Meant to show us and lead the way,
They should be tended daily,
I know of no other way.

We must use them, benefit and grow,
Pass on the message of love,
Show other's what we've learned and know,
Send out the doves.

For if you refuse to listen,
Or close yourself off from it all,
You will be alone and loveless,
Heading for an almighty fall.

Give thanks daily,
For who and what you are,
How you look doesn't even really matter,
It's about the kind of person you are.

Live, learn and love,
Be happy, share it around,
Listen for the magic sounds,
Laughter, song, music, mirth unbound.

It's taken me over 30 years,
To find the secrets within,
To learn what's best emotionally,
With this knowledge you will only win.

It's God's Greatest gift to share,
Pure etheral beauty and light,
The gift of a love filled soul,
Love is NOT a phantom in the night.

Beautiful message in this one... and so TRUE!!! I hope many read this and "learn" from it. I am a believer in what you refer to here, and practice it regularly. Great Job, Thanks for sharing this with us all

A weird thought went through my head after i read this. If everybody had a dove and let go during the day with a love letter, then before they went to bed somebody else's dove and letter came to their window.......

Reminds me of a very old song, "If I could teach the world to sing", just change it to, "If I could teach the world to love.." There never has been and never will be enough love in the world. Though I am only 17 I have too learned that looks and status mean nothing. All that matters is the personality and ideas.
And right now I am so thankfull for what I do have.LOVE.
but thank you for helping me understand more about this feeling of love.

How true the words you speak Isis, I hope many learn this lesson. Though I have not many years in this life I have a knowledge that runs beyond them and it has taught me this same lesson. Thank you for posting this so that I know I am not alone in my beliefs.
