when you walk into the room a hushness befalls,
all eyes turn to you.
ravaging your beauty,
that you grace so elegantly.
kings and queens would bow before you.
men of power lose thought in your presence.
songs are written to describe you.
dreams are envisioned of you.
you are the inspiration of mortal minds.
Gods would do battle over you.
rivers and streams would await your command.
mountains would move for you.
the sun, the moon, and the stars in the sky are at your beckoned call.
the entire universe belongs at your feet.
and yet you chose me as your lover.
