the purple haze of the days last light, followed by the velvety night. brings me to the thought of you, looking into your eyes of blue. if your eyes could speak, what would they say, but tomorrow is yet another day. the sparkle is ever present there, floating all around the air. within your eyes a song is near, held back by a lonesome tear. singers and poets emote mournful cries, for the inspiration you hold in your eyes. an angel dances within your sight, as the power of love escapes the night. the morning breaks with the freshness of dew, that was shed from the tears of your eyes so blue. me. |
