I found my love:
I kept it, and my love did stay.
Inside I'm hurt:
I hid my grudge, and my love decayed.
Gradually it grew,
bitterness continued to spread;
It fully stretched, and my joy
was finally replaced.
And before my eyes,
poisonous walls of hatred were built;
Inside my heart,
I created this enemy of peace.

Through it hurt,
I had no reason to keep...
This grudge in me,
I had no reason to hate.
Why did I sow this seed?
what I couldn't protect.
When did my heart become
a fruitless garden of grudges?
And the harvest is ripe,
this love I seem to have lost,
Why did I hate you?.....
I'm now enslaved by my thoughts.

Great thoughts, perhaps you could try a different philosophy, never to hate, be hurt, let down, sad, wounded, but never hate, it only hurts YOU in the end!! I try to live this way always. Great work

Sometimes i think it is easier to get over someone if you hold a grunge...that's how i look at my x-boyfriend right now...it hurts really bad to hate though...

I'm there in that line.
