I sit among the shadows and darkness surrounding me. I sit and hear the rain fall. I feel the rains washing my soul cleansing the pain in my heart. I taste the salt tears and rain mixing as it cascades down my face and over my lips The thunder and lightening have destroyed my mind and being in a brief moment. I sit and feel the rain fall and wash the blood from my hands. ------------------ Deverone "We are cups, constantly and quietly being filled. Jenny...how sad it is that you too feel this rain... most just cover themselves and hide indoors...while others of us feel and live in this wetness...maybe becoming stronger within that cleansing. Michael... imagery has been a wonderous thing for me to put onto paper...helps me to bring the raw feeling forth. I love those cleansing rains, want to send some across the seas to Australia?? Beautiful imagery, and I really liked the line 'and wash the blood from my hands'. |
