In my life i have never felt this way and it will most likely not happen ever again for tonight my mind has been conquered... conquered by her... she was my world... she was my life... my breath and heartbeat... to her i said "i love you" and to me she said the same... but she had to go... and now... i sit with my thoughts... alone and empty i realize what is to be done i peel away the skin from my chest... fold back the ribs... and pull out my heart... it is not mine anymore... it is hers... and it shall not be looked upon by anyone else... it is for her eyes only... and when and if she returns... i will then release it from its cell once more.... |

Bonedaddy, might I suggest that you post less poems and more replies? By posting so many poems, you don't give others a chance to get their own replies. And by replying, people are sure to appreciate it, and reply to more of your work. I am not saying this to attack you, I am just helping you learn the accepted courtesies here at Passions. Thank you. ------------------ Thinking is just what a great many people think they are doing when they are merely rearranging their predjudices. |

I havent had much of a chance to read through completely and thoroughly everyones poems...i wouldnt want to make a rash judgement of someone elses work before completely analyzing how it strikes me... i post things that i wish to share..i thought that was what the forum was for... |

Bonedaddy, I understand, but to post 4 or 5 poems at a time bumps 4 or 5 poems back to the second page, where chances of replies fall. Try posting one or two at a time instead- besides, if you do it that way, you'll have more poems to share later on. Also, you could try utilizing the other forums instead of clogging one forum with 4 or 5 posts. ------------------ Thinking is just what a great many people think they are doing when they are merely rearranging their predjudices. |
