Sitting here, alone, in darkness, I can hide the tears in my eyes. Lost within this world of starkness, It's but my sanity that cries. In this day of destitution, I offer you no alibis. For there is no restitution, Where the silence never lies. You flew me past heaven, above, To a white castle in the sky. Dancing in the very eyes of love, In seas of tranquility on high. We shared the stare of forever, A gentle kiss, a breathless sigh. But two souls none could dissever Split apart on one wordless lie. So now I watch you walk away, Squeezing pain as if it's your prize. There's really not much one can say, While watching their dreams crystalize. May the solace you seek find you A love you've yet to realize. Ah...this is painfully beautiful...it takes my breath away....no silence here babe....of course, you know that already...I love you. Isn't it great that 2 people can talk about their ups and downs and sort through things together ? That's what a real relationship is all about....Thank you. Who ever said we were perfect?
