This truly isnt a dark poem but im psting it her due to the fact that it happened halloween night.

In the graveyard, late halloween, the night of sin,
Among the dead and restless,
I walked alone with her.

A beutiful woman so enchanting, as she stole my heart,
Dressed as a vampire, of old,
She was my favorite creature.

On an old bridge we stopped and watched the water pass below,
We talked and laughed of much,
forgetting the others.

Upon the bridge we stayed for a time, hoping this will last.
Each wanting to speak for the other to hear,
Nervousness comes at inoportune times.

On the time we left the graves of the dead to meet the others,
I wished I had guts in this body,
To tell her how Feel.

what's the wost that could happen? she says no. you get to write about it. please give it a shot. no one should remain alone all the time. it twists one if you are.

One Question

Is the protection you afford yourself really worth the the agony of not knowing?

As for being twisted this is a symtom of loneliness and of being a poet
