Fade to red,
Dripping and pale
"Neath the steel
A rush with struggle
Attempting a bit of hope
Then drowning in the emptiness.
Sorrow slipping tidy ropes,
"Round the neck of frail will
Tightening while gasping
For the breath of fight.
This world I care not for.
This night will become endless
In minutes..
I'll have my final dance
With pain
My last struggle with with fear
And a first union,
With sharpness of the darkest lover
Teasing, slipping, and hungry
Searching for final and ultimate pain,
Wet with warmth of freshly sliced skin,
And newly pouring blood.
I fear not the swim in that shallow pool.
Soon my flickering light will be expelled.
Goodbye.

This degree of darkness likes me much this night. I can feel the potential pain within this piece.

Dark, indeed. Love the imagery.

So depressing, I like the poem, but I hope you don't act on these feelings....
