Hide my heart
It betrays me
It shows me
It controls me

Hide it deep
force it down
no secrets
Now will it tell

It hides secrets
It is undone
someone opened it
Now it can hold no-one

I am an amatuer
in a game
With no rules
playing on in vain

Hearts and diamonds
Posies and pears
My hearts secret
I can find you there.

Huh...are we the same person?? this poem is me...every last bit of it...a heart that controls you, even when you don't want to do what it is telling you, you end up falling in love and being hurt time and time again...good piece

Is it really better to have loved and lost then to have never loved at all? Is it really worth all the pain that comes with a dying love?

but a dream within a dream?
