The solitude that comes with your presence,
becomes a silence grating to my ears.
I find myself longing for your absence,
then praying you don't outlast me in years.
Your nagging is a monotonous drone,
pounding a railroad spike clean through my head.
Your part in my madness I'll make you own,
since I know I'm better off with you dead.
Watch out dear for strychnine in the toothpaste,
or God forbid, you could fall down the stairs.
Lord knows no one would call your death a waste,
so please dear let me catch you unawares.
Breathing the same air as you makes me retch,
because you've become something I revile.
You've nagged me into a miserable wretch,
laughing at the pain you caused all the while.

I loved you once and for that you die slow.
My dear it's true that you reap what you sow.

Wow.........

You know, I could send that to an old friend of mine, with a change of title, and it would express everything I feel toward her....

Wonderful poem

"...let me catch you unawares"
I don't know what to say. This is one of your best yet. Truly you have faced a side that I could never face myself.
Is it strange that I find beauty in this though it is filled with hate?
