Note- This poem is very short but I think it explained everything that needed to be said.

There's so much rage inside me
The kind that I can't see
Burning like fire
Screaming and growling
Forever waiting for freedom

Nicely put. Not needing more words. Just enough to get your point across. It might surprise you to know that you are not alone. Many carry such rage. I think it is a fact of life.

You have a good point. Rage seems to be a current residence in all of us. The only thing that makes it different is how each one of us handles it. Some show their anger, some hide it, some release it, some bury it,etc. But you're right, it's a fact of life.

I don't think rage is a current resident in all of us. I believe it to be an unusually extreme emotion which some experience but most do not. Even less live with it inside of themselves on a regular basis.

Rage is the contributor to murder, assault and other things not attributable to accidents, averice and greed.

Anger resides in each of us, but anger is a far cry from rage.

You have a very good point but some people have it in them and don't even really know it's there. I've been that way for a long time before I realized it. Anger goes away with time..rage is much more elusive.

I agree with Dark Enchantress.
Rage is really a more elusive emotion buried very deep at times great stress.
