Wow Christopher, I'd almost have to have your help with this one....I sense great anger, and frustration, but it would help me understand it if I knew the "idea" behind this! Very deep - in fact, nearly over my head! (drowning...)

I had a feeling not many people would easily understand this one. Really, I didn't want to explain it, until a few people had taken a guess or complained. But since either no one has cared to respond to it (except you pff) or has not seen it, I guess I'll have to.
This was one of "those" poems, that wrote itself. As I stared down at the paper (yes, I still write my poems with pen and ink) I myself had a hard time figuring out what it meant. I was about to throw it away, when the meaning suddenly jumped off the page!
Basically, it's from a guy's perspective, and he feels the end of his world coming, in the form of his girlfriend/wife/lover leaving him. He begs her to stay. He explains to her that he really wasn't sleeping with that other girl. Then, seeing the look on her face, he realizes there's no hope. Either she doesn't want to, or can't believe him. So she stands there as if nothing can hurt her, with magesterial impassivity.

Not that I had not read this the first time, I kinda felt it went right over my lil' brain, hence the reluctance to reply..

Now that I read it again, with your explanation attatched to it...WOW.. It is a job well done considering the prompted emotions..!!

Looking forward to more of your work Christopher..

I like this form in which you wrote this,,it calls for delving into several human emotions.

Well! This was obviously written when you still had your demons intact huh?! The way you have put the words together is masterful - very impacting and powerful. Love the way you ran the bolded words together.

Well isn't this interesting...?

Quite a rant here -- sopunds like an emotional core dump to me!  And the magestrial impassivity -- brilliant, my friend, brilliant!
