Please remember that the Adult Forum is the only place in all of Passions that is not family oriented. This forum must abide by the rules of good taste just as much as any other forum. Blood & guts poetry won't be tolerated. Poems encouraging or glorifying hate and violence will be deleted without explanation. You are here, I hope, to help us to explore and understand - not to shock or offend.

Wow!! Another new forum - Does this mean that all the poems in the Open Poetry Forum will be upbeat from now on????.... Probably not, huh???

Is the Dark becoming too titillating, M?
I'm confused, maybe I just don't get it. I can be rather dense sometimes. It seems odd to find a rule concerning Adult, in the Dark? Are we to assume that the Dark and sexuality don't have any correlation to each other? I'm not trying to be a jerk here, I just want to know if a boundary has been set here. The edge of darkness, if you will. LOL
It's a valid question, I think.

David,

This was the opening post in this forum, (Please note the date). It was a reminder from Ron that this is a public forum viewed by people of all ages. I just brought it to the forefront so thought all could view it.

Ron has stated that only one forum IS NOT family oriented - that being Adult, in other words just because this is Dark doesn't make it any more accceptible to post poems contrary to the rules he mentioned.

Please don't turn this into something it's not. There is no new boundaries been set here, to question this set of rules would be questioning my job as a moderator as these are the guidelines I have followed since day one. Sexuality has it's place among Dark but indeed, things of an explicitly graphic sexual nature have been referred to adult, I hope that is understandable, D.B.

Understood Sir Michael.

Thanks for the clarification. I was afraid we had crossed the line somewhere.

I can understand why these rules are in place, I just didn't have the clarification on possible bounderies. Thank you for clarifying these points. I apologize if I may have kicked a little dirt into the eyes, with the post I made the other day.

Thanks again for making things more easily understood.
