Listening to every heart

0 posted 2004-07-01 07:27 PM

Rain

quote:
Indeed, the words you recently penned
in the Prose forum pulled strongly on
those heartstrings you enjoy strumming,
actually bringing tears to my eyes
and a lump to my throat.

Author…known

~*~

I feel the planets moving
As if something is amiss;
Camaraderie is strong,
So I know that it’s not “this”

Welcome I’ve been
To life and its sorts
Though something is amiss,
So I’d like to report…

That rain is occurring,
In this cool summer’s time
Temp and humidity
Are holding in kind

I’m out of sorts,
Or so I am told,
And wish to hide hurts
In ribbons of gold

For I would give pleasure
Where heartache is keen
And yet, this helpless
Feeling careens…

So I went back to read
Some words that were said;
And let them fill holes
In both heart and in head.

Dear author known,
I curtsey to you…
For giving me a home
And a life, renewed…

It’s raining now
Humidity on the rise,
The misty I’m feeling
Is a green river’s surprise.

Sunshine,

Someone 'round here hurt you? Let me at 'em!

Rain in the summer. Lucky you! I haven't seen rain since early March. So dry here, setting up to be a record year for fires.

As always, your beautiful soul shines through your work. Whoever said something unkind to you, let it slide off like the oil it is.

Special word: careen. One of my friends calls me that. ha!

x double.  Things do feel out of alignment outside these pages blue, I feel it, too.  So many folks have so much going on and thank goodness there are quiet streams for us to drink from, huh?!  Enjoyed this very much, sweet sis.

You are ... aren't you?

Fool, said my Muse to me, look in thy heart and write.
