the minute
            the hand touched empty
Time
O
Time
went for a walk out back of the gas station.......
thought it wanted to use the reekroom
no
it wanted to
smell the stale oil of static
        field

the sun-gas
the         sun-gas trance

                   as I tied the feedbag
         to my mount
and breathed
ethereal oats
                     those friends
                the ones that dart
                        righttoleft
  across my abstraction
         they always coagulate
like they are excited to tell me
ALL AT ONCE

           what
kaleidoscope
          looks like

                  *whistle*
Time!

come on!

      (--- " don't you ever
                       break my
                          shell...
             cause I know outside
                         there's hell...
               at least that's what
                        they told me"---)

there you are!

                    it amazes me Time...

when you arent around?

I do my best thinking

           but then you
     come around

        hang that damn "no vacancy"
                   sign
from my forehead...

     GET IN THE DAMN CAR!

sigh........

This is most interesting.  Not certian I truly understand it, I get certain pictures, images, ideas, yet, I find it a most enjoyable read.

brian

Time is so mixed up, not you,
I know this to be true

I always enjoy what you write because it feels familiar, like something I'd like to say in that way.

In that movie? "Waking Life"

(I toldja about that)

This guy is trapped in his dream, and is searching for the way out, and has many interesting discussions on the nature of reality in the "dreamtime"?

He asks one guy, who talks about moments of absolute profundity and the sureness that it's truth, and they suggest, "let's have a Holy Moment, RIGHT NOW."

They proceed to stare into each other eyes.

This goes on, onscreen, long enough to actualize the point they proceed to make when they discuss it after--

Upon "coming out of it" one asked the other,

"It's layered, isn't it?"

The other nods.

"I mean, there's mental TRYING to have the holy moment, there's another eye watching for the Holy Moment, and then there is the actual split second holy moments, which go away as soon as they are perceived."

(I paraphrase badly here, m'love.)

Then there is a great discussion of time being an invented device of a clever demi-demon to trick those who are on the verge of enlightment into losing it before they receive the holy "charge."

smile.

You reminded me of this.

I miss you horribly my best friend.

(Think they can tell? )

Love this.

Love you.

Get in the car...and step on the gas.
Someone is waiting,
at home.

Besides, you're due

A fantastic write Brian, but those last lines  I can relate to in more ways than one.

Enjoyed.
