Still in Search – Escaping the Plains Planes

This is what I know,
sometimes seeing the white
of you in build,
but more often,
hearing the graphic graphite granite of your underbelly,
knowing this under other side of you
could hale me, and hail me

so I climbed faraway hills, ignoring the comforting valleys,
just for a wee short time, to witness your start;
to uncover the manned force of nature, albeit
knowing mother’s nature birthed you;

and I saw

the laughing man,
a child forming; witnessing
this angry man; and sorrowfully, seeing
a quiet man of tears, unable to hide behind his mask;

all scraped and pushed on,
by the top of the peak
which tickled the underbelly
casually, causing the uproar to move on,
to dwell on the plains,

to give witness to one’s third eye.

This is what I know,
when sometimes seeing
beyond the planes.

For a lady from a place where the biggest city in the state, isn't, you sure have a feel for the universal. There are clouds and there are clouds...and there are other things that you see, using them as a gazing crystal.....

Very, very well done, my friend...the words, the pictures - the marrying of the two.

Applause....
Beautiful pictures that match the poem perfectly...emotion and depth, love it..
My "third eye" was open when I read this, the visuals were wonderful.

  Bravo, especially enjoyed...

the laughing man,
a child forming; witnessing
this angry man; and sorrowfully, seeing
a quiet man of tears, unable to hide behind his mask;

all scraped and pushed on,
by the top of the peak
which tickled the underbelly
casually, causing the uproar to move on,
to dwell on the plains,

Lady, your truly amazing...never ever stop feeling this lovely sigh of nature's touch...it is what life is all about...I think (smile)

Somewhere in your future is a published book of photographs; there has to be!  This is a beautiful message.  KJ

Karilea, you do have a keen eye to see things others miss,
and you put it to good use combined with your writing.
Lovely this, and the pictures are perfect!

My goodness, Dear Sun! You have an artist's eye, two blue eyes, and a third eye!

I guess the "eyes" have it! lol

A post full of wonder! ~ poetically and pictorally!
