I Used It To Communicate

There had been no reply
I have no further details
Have you caught up yet
On my previous emails

Can you shed some light
Is my mail going through
Have you checked lately
Was it still reaching you

Had it been stored away
Saved up and collected
I used it to communicate
So replies are expected

All I have written recently
Was it dated and stored
You must have a reason
My mail is being ignored

Hope,
  I've got to admit, I'm the worst at returning e-mails.  It doesn't mean anything except I don't check my mail.  I'm hoping this is the same thing for the person you're writing about.  I enjoyed reading and thinking about your poem and plead guilty, even if this wasn't written with me in mind!

This subtle reality check in rhyme has the double virtues of brevity and soft approach to a reproach. The soft cushion -in circumstances like this- is often more effective than hammer blows!

Well written, Hope: easy to read bcause of its accessibility and gentle tone of reproof.
