Ahhh, pouring courage into fire
Like liquid quietness, gripping lips
The heights like breath of spirit
All truth inhabits visions
Sun lighted by desire

Gladness and festive mood
Kneels before feet of tenderness
Diametric powers play with the natural world
What creature of madness
Holds my thoughts, buried alive?

Giving meaning to firmness
Of common mineral…what working genius!
Passion commands all fatal shadows
I reach out and grasp hold
But fall, fall, fall, end over end
Some spontaneous impression pulling me
Grabbing my body, my spirit

Then…quiet…I accept that place
Nothing feels invalid
There is trust, trust betrays my thoughts
Salvation is no longer a word
Now, being is predominate
Being in transcendent glory
Naked with no feelings of shame

I find chaos in the shadows, looking at me quizzically
As if a fine being, that shadow is
How could I know, it was part of everything
Not mean, but unbiased, I was not…then

No longer with a rebel mind, but of sentiment
I lock gaze, and it melds with youth
Conforming to it, reaching out to me
Forgetting who it wishes to be
Who I was…names now were not realities
But the playhouse of Heaven was the law being
Coupling adorning motions of matter
Emitting a voice of things I knew nothing of
Yet needed nothing but knowing the essense

The cornerstone of neutrality
Going infant with unvarnished hands
All things become whims which come true
Bleeding sweet sounds and assurances
Ohhh God the music, the astuteness!
There is a most agreeable sensation
And in all that time, my fall never hit the ground

I know in the multitudes, I am in a friend’s perception
I am perception

LeeJ
I think you plumbed and summed it very nicely. Good morning dear.

I am of the opinion that all of my responses are inadequate to the brilliance of your illustrious writes.

Might I say, I love to read and absorb, your "perceptions"! They literally stream down the page!

Hugs 'n loves,
Linda

LeeJ:
It was difficult to pick one verse of this write more glowing than the others...but to me this was the ribbon that tied the present to the gift.
"Then…quiet…I accept that place
Nothing feels invalid
There is trust, trust betrays my thoughts
Salvation is no longer a word
Now, being is predominate
Being in transcendent glory
Naked with no feelings of shame"

This is breathtaking.

You always leave me in wonder...and pondering your thoughts.
Excellent write Lee.
Hugs~

Something tugs at me, I've no doubt of that.
Something from the sea, whichever one I'm near.
When I stray too far from beachland, it calls me back
