it has dawned on us
& I care not stir
nor awaken from this
blur of heady hangover
from midnight's dance

another moment to linger
in your embrace
warm arms wrapped around
the curve of my waist,
my face placed just so
beneath the sweet of
your lips in want of
one more kiss

before we know
this day's begun
& both must succumb
to duty of time
but oh how sublime
this moment shared
of bare and blush

then it dawns on us,

bliss

Tier~this is pure bliss.
Oh my....how lovely the feeling.
Enjoyed this treasure you so gently penned.
~Smiles & Hugs, Nancy~

Something tugs at me, I've no doubt of that.
Something from the sea, whichever one I'm near.
When I stray too far from beachland, it calls me back
