Swans
By Larry Chadwick

They floated nose to nose and chest to chest,
Tenderly facing each other without moving.
And in that moment feelings reflected,
Between them shaping one heart, loving.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Beautiful Larry....and I have seen a picture like this..
two swans facing each other shaped into a heart.
Good to read you here this warm evening.

Tequilia_Sunrise,
It is with satisfaction I find a smile on  your face. Thank you.

Nancy Lee,
My Nancy Lee gave me such a card that sits at me desk proclaiming "one heart between us". Thanks.

Susan,
Your tagline: "The whole of the Universe resides within each individual heart." So that leaves whole hearted indeed. Thanks.

Sue,
All is well. And I think of you "down under" as well. Thank you for your kind words.

Martie,
I do think of you and your wisdom. Thank you.

Oh, Larry! I could cry with the beauty of your words and the image that they created.
That was one of the most touchingly sweet poems that I have ever read. I'm breathless from the impact of it upon my heart. Words such as these can only come from a very beautiful soul ~ and you ain't bad-looking on the outside either!

Loves 'n huggums,
