A multitude of colors flash before my
eyes, and I see myself soaring high above
this sickened earth into billowed clouds.

My dreams are bitter sweet and the trees
keep me company. I am the bird who has yet
to fly, I want freedom to!

To see the sky, to sit on a mountian top
and count falling stars, to be alone and
wonder about this vast univerise that holds
us in its claws, as though we are the only
crumb of what it actually beholds.

Dust particles... Each of us think, and
look for our own purpose in life. We seek
all beauties of life, but find ourselves
sunk into the blackness of the univerise

Good write.  I like to think of us as golden stardust particles, tho.

And then with words you paint visions of beauty...We are lost to our dreams which surround us as we listen to the songs of birds in their freedom...Well done...

ahhhh, but 'tis given to the adventurous to break the bonds of earth's grasp and fly off to worlds yet unreached, unimagined and for some unsought...your poetry was beautiful...now I bid thee...soar....
