Morning
Still tired shell
Groaning and dragging out
From the soft comfort of the dark,
Awake.

Working
In fire pit
Of spiritual torment,
Outward emotionally stark,
Being.

Mumble,
Words left unsaid,
Garbbled verbal spewing
That only intent determined
Grumble.

Being
As long as there
Then gone at first release
Chaos filling up the inner mind,
Numbing.

Wearing
Scrapping the soul
What little still remains;
Then finds soft comfort of the dark,
Sleeping.

Morning

Gloom

Heavy stuff.  Really enjoyed the read.

I noticed some patterns in it.  Is this a particular type of poem?

Emotive in thick puddy, cauking window and creek of light...
Depressed in the whir of worldly commerce...
Yet later, peace in the quiet after, a still mind.
Just an alternative reality Gloom...
Great write.

The layout of this caught the hum-drum and weight of unanswered wishing.  Tomorrow's Saturday, my friend....enjoy.   ....jo

understood this all to well Proff. As usual, your writing is extraordinary in it's presentation and form.
