The simplest exchanges fascinate Their string and echo landings fount Tones itinerant throughout Vibrations sounding on my heart no doubt Play films that rally loop and splash Effervescent on my skin The mannerisms that you hide within Reverberated time and time again My cheek against your cheek Almost a kiss held timeless in its ache A scintillated murmur in its undertake So eager a release in syllables of velvet quake Enchant, the dubious consent of curtains scant And less becomes the more of want and wait The texture of your words in rapture escalate Tremors etched of breath caught short in palpitate And all that is the more in strobe resounds Summoning of deep and low a languid thirst to sate Both signature and scent call forth to navigate Sensations of your voice so fully captivate Copyright Kkh 6/4/04 |
