Sun streamed pale yellow onto
the congregation gathered on the lawn.
Flowers give their only present, colours red, yellow and blue,
then stepping out all turn to see the reason i was born.

You with veil and flowers around your head,
flowing silk dress, garlands of flowers in your hands,
Madonna blue skies, with glacier white clouds above us spread.
So proud of you i am, proud to exchange bands.

Near to me you stand, i look at you,
your sparkling eyes with tears of joy, happiness.
Never will i want to leave you, life's days are too few,
our future of love, of life, of bliss will be endless.

The preacher reads our sacred lifes words,
we gaze in each others eyes to repeat,
slipping on rings, we are chorused by birds,
this day a memeory forever, my life now complete.

I kiss you bride of mine so dear,
while confetti falls like soft snow,
nothing in this life will harm you, and you will have no fear.
On this day i will look back, and always see you aglow.

We dance our frist dance,
cut cake and thank people for their kindness,
now we can begin our life of romance,
soft gentle words whispered in tenderness.

Our lives ahead can only hold profound love,
the steps of our lives illuminated by loves amber beam,
every morning i will awake and thank for you the Lord above,
in my heart and arms i will hold you, within love's dream.

''Death where is thy sting? Love where is thy glory?'' William Shakespeare.

I'm going to a friend of mine's wedding this evening...
you got me in the perfect mood.
Beautiful sentiments!

Tears literally welled up in my baby blues as I read your beautiful, soul-touching words.

Graceful writing from a very loving, and talented, heart.

~ May you yourself know of such loving...
